We want you to feel confident in every Baltic Born piece you own, which is why we offer a 35-day return window for store credit on all eligible items. Please ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Your Option
Select whether you would like to receive a store credit gift card or perform a direct exchange for a different size or color.
Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, and attach the label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your store credit will be issued via email within 5-7 business days.
